摘  要:以“绥李三号”成龄树为试材,测定了光合作用的日变化和季节变化以及叶位和叶方位对净光合速率(Pn)的影响。结果表明,李树Pn的日变化为典型的中午降低型双峰曲线;季节变化亦呈双峰曲线。李树叶片负值期为5~6d,叶龄为25~28d时Pn达最大值。不同叶位Pn存在较大差异。叶方位也是影响叶片光合性能的重要因素之一。Many photosynthetic characteristics of mature plum SuiLi3 including effects of diurnal change, seasonal change, leaf position and leaf direction on Pn were studied. The results showed that diurnal change in Pn from plum was typical 'midday slump' bimodal curve, with bimodal curve for seasonal change. The negative periods of the leaves in plum were 5~6 days, and the Pn was the highest in 25~28 days for leaf age. There were considerable discrepancies in Pn of different leaf position and leaf direction was important affecting factor to photosynthetic characteristics of the leaves.
