摘 要:在SHL-Φ35型紧密啮合同向旋转双螺杆挤出反应器中,以丁基锂为引发剂,丁二烯和苯乙烯混合进料,合成了丁苯多嵌段共聚物。采用静态实验法对物料在两组螺杆结构中的填充度分布和螺杆径向粘均分子量分布进行计算,同时对螺杆几何结构与材料性能的关系以及单体在挤出反应器中的聚合过程进行了考察,提出了以丁基锂为引发剂、反应挤出合成丁苯多嵌段共聚物两段聚合过程机理。Styrene-butadiene multi-block copolymers were synthesized through polymerization by styrene and butadiene initiated by anionic butyl-lithium in a co-rotating close intermeshing twin-screw (extruder) of the SHL-Φ35. Both the fill factor distribution and the viscosity average molecular weight distribution of polymer for the screw structure were calculated by the static experimental method. The polymerization of the monomers in the extrusive processes and the relationships of the screw structure and the copolymers properties were also investigated at the same time. A result is obtained that the screw structure in the extrusive processes has a decisive influence on the product quality for sequential polymerization. This also provides a useful polymerization mechanism for synthesizing styrene-butadiene multi-block copolymers through reactive extrusive process with anionic butyl-lithium as initiating agent.
