摘　　要：耐压试验台要求在检测过程中,既有开关量控制又有模拟量检测.本文介绍了由可编程序控制器组成的汽车水箱散热器耐压试验台压力测控系统,该系统可实现对加压过程的控制,并检测加压过程中压力的变化曲线和极限耐压值.该测控装置也可应用在其它工业检测及控制系统中,具有普遍的应用意义和广泛的应用前景.The experimental equipment for detecting pressure detects and controls the digital and analog signal. This paper introduces detection and control system for automobile water tank controlled by PLC. This system controls the process of increasing pressure and detects its change and pressure limit. It can be applied to other detection and control system.
