摘 要:对来自乙酸法制浆废液的木质素进行了提取和纯制 ,并采用红外光谱和GPC研究了乙酸木质素的结构和分子质量。以乙酸木质素代替部分聚乙二醇合成了聚醚型聚氨酯 ,采用TGA、DSC和拉伸实验对乙酸木质素合成的聚氨酯 (PU)进行了热性能和机械性能的研究。结果表明 :乙酸木质素具有典型的聚多元醇结构 ,虽然有部分被乙酰化 ,但它具有很好的溶解性 ,而且分子质量较高 ;用木质素作原料合成的PU与典型的纯PEG型PU相比 ,木质素的添加使PU的玻璃点转变温度 (Tg)升高和在 6 0 0℃以下的分解百分率下降 ,说明以乙酸木质素为原料的PU高分子具有较好的耐热性能 ;同时 ,添加乙酸木质素的PU的强度和伸长率与纯PEG型PU相比有所下降 ,而且随木质素含量增加有一定程度的下降 ,说明乙酸木质素的加入对PU的强度有一定的影响。Acetic acid lignin(AL) from acetic acid pulping was isolated and purified.Chemical structure and molecular weight of AL were studied with infrared spectroscopy and GPC determination.Thermal and physical characteristics of AL-based polyurethane were determined by TGA and DSC respectively.The results showed that AL has the typical structure of polyol.A part of AL was acetylated.However,the dissolution property of AL was good and molecular weight of AL was relatively high.As compared with PEG-based polyurethane(PU),AL-based polyurethane has higher glass transition temperature and lower degradation ratio of polyurethane below 600 ℃.These indicated that AL-based polyurethane had relatively better heat resistance.In addition,tensile strength and elongation of AL-based polyurethane,which were decreased as the lignin amount was increased,were lower compared with PEG-based polyurethane.These would mean that the rigidity of AL-based polyurethane were increased by addition of AL.
