摘　　要：转座子是生物界中存在的一类可移动的遗传因子,根据其DNA结构和转座机理的不同,分为两类,即DNA转座子和反转录转座子,它们在植物基因和基因组进化中扮演了一个极其重要的角色。在介绍转座子种类及其特性的基础上,概述了植物转座子的研究和应用方面的进展,分析了植物转座子的应用前景。Transposons are mobile genetic elements in plants.According to their structural organizations and transpositional mechanisms,transposons can be divided into two types:DNA-transposons and retrotransposons.Transposons play a major role in plant gene and genome evolution.Their types and characteristics were briefly discussed,their applications and researches and prospects were presented in this paper.
