摘　　要：分析了太钢 1549热连轧粗轧 R 轧机轧制厚规格板坯时第一道次入口卡阻和入口导卫箱损坏的原因,提出了解决方案。In this paper, reasons of thick slab blocked in front of the entry of rougher and the damage of rougher stripper box are discussed. The solution is brought forward.
