摘　　要：建立了抑虫肼的高效液相色谱分析方法 ,使用C1 8液相色谱柱在UV 2 30nm下对其进行了定性定量分析。方法的标准偏差为 0 .1 98,变异系数为 0 .2 1 9% ,回收率在 98.35 %～ 1 0 0 .82 %之间 ,线性相关系数为 0 .9998。A HPLC method was developed for qualitative and quantitative determination of tebufenozide by using C 18 column and UV detector at 230nm wavelength.The result showed that the standard deviation was 0.198,the RSD was 0.219%,and the recovery was 98.35%～100.82%,linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998.
