重庆奶业发展的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：重庆拥有发展奶业的诸多有利条件 ,但目前存在规划布局不合理、奶牛良种化程度不高、饲草饲料资源开发利用率低、饲养规模小、饲养技术和管理水平低、投入不足、服务体系不健全、乳品加工企业带动作用不强等问题。必须高度重视重庆奶业发展 ,做好发展规划 ;加快奶业科技进步 ,提升奶业发展整体水平 ;扶强龙头 ,多模式实现产业化经营 ;加大投入力度 ,不断完善技术和金融保险服务体系。The inconsistent layout, small percentage of good quality cows, insufficient use of forage, small breeding scale, outdated breeding technology and management, inadequate investment, deficiency of service system and ineffective facilitation of dairy processing enterprises constitute the main obstacles to the development of dairy business in Chongqing though it is abundant in dairy resources. Te authors hold that emphasis must be put on dairy development in Chongqing and its development should be well planned and arranged to accelerate dairy technology for the promotion of the development of the whole dairy business, support the agribusiness enterprises for the industrialization of dairy, increase investment and improve the service systems of technology, finance and insurance.
