摘 要:研究了改性大洋富钴结壳对锌的吸附过程,测定了改性大洋富钴结壳对Zn2+的吸附容量,考查了介质pH、初始浓度、吸附时间等因素对吸附过程的影响。结果表明:改性大洋富钴结壳吸附Zn2+适宜的pH值是2~6;吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附规律,1/n为0 13,K=37 54;饱和吸附容量为80mg/g。在室温下,含锌130 2mg/L的废水经5 000g/L改性大洋富钴结壳处理2h后,其锌残余浓度为0 93mg/L,远低于国家规定的工业废水一级排放标准(GB8978-1996)。改性大洋富钴结壳是一种良好的含锌废水的水处理剂。The process and capacity of adsorption of modified oceanic cobalt-rich crust to zinc are (investigated.)The influences of such factors as medium pH,initial concentration of zinc and retention time on adsorption process are studied.The results show that pH 2~6 is favorable to the adsorption,adsorption process conforms to the law of Freundlich isothermal adsorption, 1/n is 0.13, K=37.54 and saturated adsorption capacity is (80mg/g) crust.After the wastewater containing zinc 130.2mg/L is treated for 2 hours by 5.000g/L modified oceanic cobalt-rich crust at room temperature,the concentration of residual zinc in the wastewater is 0.93mg/L,being well lower than that in the national disposal standard for industrial wastewaters(GB8978-1996).The modified oceanic cobalt-rich crust is of applying potential for treatment of zinc-bearing wastewaters.
