摘　　要：房地产业是一项投资大、周期长且风险高的行业,这就决定了对其进行投资风险管理的重要性.由于我国现代城镇房地产业是在改革开放后逐步发展起来的,故在市场经济的大环境中,房地产开发存在较大风险性,如何对其实施风险管理,就此问题作了较深入的探讨.The real estate is a trade with large cost, long period and high risk, which decides the importance of executing investment and risk management. The real estate in our modern cities and towns developed gradually after the opening-reform, so the exploitation of the real estate exists great risk in the big environment in the marked economy. How to execute the risk management of the real estate is discussed deeply.
