摘  要:产品快速开发是大规模定制的必然要求.提出了一种基于网络的快速产品开发工艺选择系统.根据产品快速开发工艺的特点,建立了综合指标体系.考虑到零件几何特征对工艺指标的影响,建立了表达零件几何特征映射关系的规则库,并使用最小加权均方差法实现规则约束下的多准则优化.提出了基于Web的产品快速开发工艺选择系统的结构,开发了软件原型,并在实践中得到了较好的应用.A web-enabled selector for rapid product development technique was presented to help product developers select the most proper technique from several options. A multi-attributes evaluation system for rapid product development techniques was built and the weighted least square algorithm was employed to optimize the technique selection. A knowledge base was established to take the influence caused by the product's geometric features into account. The architecture and functions of the web-based selector were described. The software prototype was developed and a case example was provided to prove its feasibility and efficiency.
