摘 要:以链条少齿差行星减速器为研究背景,分析了长幅外摆线行星传动主要参数变幅系数k对当量曲率半径、压力角以及圆弧替代区段、齿廓干涉、齿高、重合度等的影响.给出了齿廓干涉N点的解法,明确了理论与实际廓线压力角α的区别,讨论了准圆弧替代误差分布的类型.据此提出主要机构参数的优化选择方法,确定齿形圆弧替代的步骤.试验验证表明,该理论模型是可行的.Based on the research of a chain fewer teeth planetary reducer, this paper analyzed the complicated influence of prolate coefficient k, the principal parameter of the prolate epicycloid planetary transmission, on equivalent curvature radius, pressure angle, arc replacing section, profile interfere, tooth depth, contact ratio and so on. It submitted the solution for the contour interfering in point N, defined the difference of the pressure angle a between theoretical profile and active profile, and discussed the type of error distribution of quasi circularity substitution. Based on these, it brought forward the optimum method for selection of main mechanism parameters, ascertained the procedure of replacing profile by arc. The sample machine test proves that the theoretical model is correct and practical.
