摘 要:根据能量守恒关系式的残差特征,在冷水机组系统中选取恰当的控制体,推导了关于系统中温度传感器的故障诊断方程组.通过建立和求解故障诊断方程组,以达到对温度传感器固定漂移故障的检测、诊断和度量.同时,提出了在建立诊断方程组过程中稳定状态检测和方程组封闭性等问题的解决方法,分析了采集数据样本数对诊断结果准确度的影响.最后,所有的诊断方程组在已建立的系统数字仿真器上进行了验证.结果表明,所建立的诊断方程组能够准确地诊断出传感器的固定漂移故障.To detect and estimate the bias of temperature sensors in chilled systems, according to the systems configuration some control volumes are selected and the energy conservation equations of each control volume are set up, and then the groups of equations for FDD (Fault Detection and Diagnosis) are obtained based on the mathematical character of the residual of the energy conservation equations. It is also presented to solve the problems of steady state detection and the independence problem of the equations for FDD, which would happen during FDD procedure. The FDD method is validated by simulation of chilling water system. The results show that the FDD method could detect and estimate the faults of fixed bias of temperature sensor.
