摘　　要：　在分析服装企业供应链控制体系框架的基础上,提出了服装企业供应链库存优化控制体系的解决策略,即建立适合服装企业运用的供应链库存优化控制体系,确立服装企业协同预测和批量配货库存控制体系,同时分析了该体系运行的特点和运行步骤.This paper puts forward the strategy of supply chain inventory management and optimizing the system controlled in the clothing enterprise of our country, which is based on analyzing the system of the supply chain inventory control. Mixing goods among the inventory control system, clothing stock control DSS is design for enterprise of the clothing especially in batches in coordination here. At the same time, it analyzes the running characters and process of the system.
