摘 要: 采用星点像分析的方法测试光学系统的光学传递函数,分析了不同系统参数对空间频率转换和测试精度的影响,包括目标小孔的直径,测试系统放大倍数,平行光管焦距等.利用测试系统设置特点,在不影响测试和增加组件的情况下,给出了用栅条板标定系统放大倍数的方法.对50mm焦距平凸标准物镜测试的结果表明,系统参数的标定和输入直接影响测试精度,采用上述的标定方法准确可靠,可以在测试组件参数未知的情况下,获得影响空间频率定位的参数,进而准确获得被测系统的光学传递函数.In the process of Optical Transfer Function(OTF) test,corresponding of spatial frequency with OTF data is of great importance.This paper analyzed influences of measuring system setting such as pinhole diameter,collimation lens focus and system magnification,on spatial frequency transform and measurement precision in theory.Using test system setting,and no effecting on test schematic and adding test part,a test system parameter calibration method with bar pattern board by the setting,which does not the test scheme and not add additioned test group is presented.Test results on 50 mm focus lens showed that calibration and the input of system setting parameter directly effect on test precision.This calibration method is accurate and reliable enough and can acquire parameter to effect spatial frequency calibration and OTF of lens accurately under the condition of unknown subsystem parameter.
