摘　　要：用多波长消光法 ,不仅可以测量颗粒的平均粒径 ,而且也可以测量颗粒的粒径分布 ,当采用函数限制解法时 ,仅用 3个波长即可求出颗粒的粒径及其粒径分布 ,并据此设计了一套测量系统 ,系统将半导体激光技术与光纤技术、微机技术相结合 ,实验证明该理论与系统具有可行性。Using multi-wavelengths light extinction can determine average particle size, and measure the size distribution of particles. This paper describes a method to determine the particle size and its size distribution only using three-wavelengths in dependent model, and designs a set of measuring system which combines semiconductor laser with optic fiber and microcomputer. Experiments demonstrate that the theory and system presented here are valid.
