摘　　要：在对金属表面热处理工艺的资源环境特性和加工时间、加工质量、加工成本、资源消耗、环境影响5个绿色制造目标特性分析的基础上,对面向绿色制造的表面热处理工艺中的决策问题进行了研究,并结合某工件表面热处理加工中的热处理设备选择问题进行了案例分析。This paper analyzes the resource-environment character of metal surface heat treatment and five green manufacturing objective characters,which are processing time,processing quality,processing cost,resource consumption and environmental influence,respectively.On this basis,it investigates into the green-manufacturing-oriented decision-making with regard to metal surface heat treatment.With the heat treatment machine selection in a factory as an example,a case study is provided for reference.
