摘　　要：目前,我国实施的农村社会养老保险正处于改革阶段。该政策中农民自愿的参保方式是其难以加快发展的重要原因。本文深入分析实施强制性农村养老保险的必然性和可行性,提出实行强制性缴费是农村社会养老保险改革的必然趋势。At present, our country is reforming the rural social pension insurance. The important restraining reason for the further development of rural social pension insurance is its permission of peasants' voluntary attendance. This paper deeply analyses the necessities and feasibilities of practicing compulsory rural social pension insurance. It believes that practicing compulsory rural social pension insurance is the eventual direction.
