环己基黄原酸铜与菲咯啉配合物的结构

摘　　要：合成了环己基黄原酸铜及其与 1 ,1 0 -菲咯啉的配合物 [Cu(C6H11OCSS) 2(phen) ],通过单晶X-射线衍射测定得到了该配合物的晶体结构。该晶体属单斜晶系 ,空间群为P2 1/c ,晶胞参数a =1 .2 2 80 ( 3)nm ,b =1 .86 1 0 ( 4 )nm ,c=1 .2 86 0 ( 3)nm ,β=1 0 4 .50 ( 3)° ,V =2 .84 53( 1 0 )nm3 ,Z=4。铜原子为六配位 ,分别与一个菲咯啉分子的 2个氮原子及 2个环己基黄原酸根的 4个硫原子配位。The title compound,[Cu(phen)(C 6H 11 OCSS) 2] is synthesized and its crystal structure is determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic of space group P2 1/c, with parameters a=1.228 0(3) nm,b=1.861 0(4)nm,c=1.286 0(3),β=104.50(3),V=2 845 3(10) nm 3 and Z=4.Cu atom is six coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from phenanthroline ligand and four sulfur atoms from two (O cyclohexyldithiocarbonatio) anions. The infra red and ultraviolet visible spectroscopic results supported the crystal structure.
