摘　　要：对带钢连续退火组(CAPL)退火炉加热室传热进行了分析,提出了一种简化辐射管辐射的方法,并利用该法建立了带钢加热数学模型。用此模型,对某厂的CAPL加热室仿真计算结果与现场实测数据吻合较好。The heat transfer in the heating chamber of the continuous Annealing and Processing Line (CAPL)is analysed and a simple method for calculating the radiation of radiant tubes is proposed. Based on the method the mathematical model of strip heating is established for the hesting chamber of CAPL in a plant. The results calculated are compared with those measured in the plant and show that the model is simple and practical.
