摘 要:研究了湿法炼锌浸出渣中银的赋存状态。指出在湿法冶炼过程中化学反应导致银矿物相发生了变化,原来的辉银矿、银黝铜矿已不复存在,新生成的含银矿物相主要有NeO—铜蓝、NeO—硫化银混合相。还论述了银在矿物相中的分布特性及相转变的机理,提出了新看法。文中提供了银状态方面的一些重要图片和数据。银回收率不仅与选矿过程相关,还与焙烧、酸浸过程有关,因此应对湿法冶炼全过程进行最佳条件的控制。An investigation on the occurrence of silver in the leach residue from a zinc plant has been carried out. Results obtained show that most of silver in residue occurs as sulfides which consist of metallic ions of copper, zinc, iron, silver etc, and sulfur ions. The composition of silver-bearing phase has been measured with the aid of SEM-EDAX, and the formation mechanism of silver-rich phase is discussed. It is revealed that a series of chemical change occurred in hy-drometallurgical process, and mineral's phases were changed completely. For example, argentite and silver-tetrahedrite in the original zinc concentrate have disappeared, and new minerals bearing silver formed in residue. They are Neo-covellite and Neo-silver sulfide complex phase. Silver is dispersed inside mineral bearing sil-vre. Some suggestions concerning controlling the process conditions for increasing the recovery of silver are given. This paper provides important photographs and data on silver occurrence forms.
