摘  要:对影响脉冲静压气力输送比的各种因素进行了分析.重点对发送罐的形状和装置以及连接方式进行了设计.实验中,以弯管和直管的压损、料长/气长之比等为主要参数进行了测量,结果表明,发送罐的设计和管道的布置更为合理,气密性更好.结果还表明,在发送罐初始压力相同的情况下,输送的煤粉量越多,输送比就越高;输送比μ和单位质量煤粉的输送时间成线性或分段线性关系。Parameters affecting transporting load in pneumatic transportations are discussed, especially those factors influencing upon the transporting load such as the structure of test silo, loss of pressure in the system, type of connection, and ratio between times of powder vs. that of air are separately discussed. The results show that the system used works well regarding its design, connection, or air tightness. It is found that the more amount of coal powder in the test silo, the higher will be the transporting load. The transporting load is directly proportional to the transporting time per coal powder mass.
