宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜息肉60例分析

摘　　要：目的　评价宫腔镜诊断和处理子宫内膜息肉的价值。方法　对经宫腔镜检查诊断的 6 0例子宫内膜息肉样病变患者进行回顾性分析。结果　 6 0例中 5 5例与病理诊断符合 ,符合率为 91 .7% ;1例病理诊断为子宫内膜息肉恶变 ,另外 4例病理证实为子宫内膜癌。结论　子宫内膜息肉的临床特征以不规则阴道出血为主 ,绝经期则以绝经后出血为主 ,宫腔镜对诊断和治疗子宫内膜息肉具有较高的临床价值 ,同时应警惕隐匿的恶性病变及息肉恶变。Objective To discuss the value of hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyp.Methods From November 2000 to Jun 2001,sixty cases of endometrial polyp diagnosed by hysteroscopy were retrospectivy studied.Results Of the sixty cases,fifty five(91.7%) diagnosed as endometrial polyp by hysteroscope were confirmed by pathologic examination postoperatively.Among these one was canceration,and four carcinomas of endometrium were demonstrated by pathologic diagnosis.Conclusions Abnormal vaginal bleeding is a major clinical feature of endometrial polyp,while postmenopausal bleeding is more common in menopause patient.It is highly valuable for endometrial polyp to get the right diagnosis and appropriate treatment by hysteroscopy.In addition, the secrete malignant or canceration of polyp should be alerted .
