摘　　要：研究了高压高温条件下尾叶桉低卡伯值KP浆的H2O2漂白,讨论了压力、温度、时间、化学药品用量等条件对漂白结果的影响。结果表明,在1.2MPa、120℃条件下漂白40min,H2O2用量2％时氧脱木素浆的漂后白度达88.2％ISO;H2O2用量6％时未经氧脱木素浆的漂后白度达88.6％ISO;高压高温漂白浆料白度提高的快速阶段在升温阶段,即反应开始的前30min内,浆料白度增值已达最大白度增值的96％以上。Peroxide bleaching of eucalyptus kraft pulp with low Kappa number was studied under high pressure and high temperature. The effects of pressure, temperature .reaction time and chemical charge on bleaching result were discussed. After 40 min bleaching under the condition of 1.2 MPa and 120℃,the brightness of the pulps with and without oxygen delignifieation reached 88.2%ISO and 88.6%ISO when the hydrogen peroxide charge was 2% and 4% respectively. The results also showed that the fast bleaching stage was in the time when the temperature was rising, i.e. the first 30min of the reaction, more than 96% of the brightness gain could be obtained in this stage.
