摘 要:对NaOH—AQ麦草浆的ClO2漂白工艺(CEHD)条件进行了优化,并对含ClO2漂白段(D段)的工艺流程进行了探讨。结果表明,NaOH-AQ麦草浆ClO2漂白的条件为:初始pH值4.0,温度70℃,时间150min,用量不超过1.0%;用次氯酸盐和ClO2结合进行两段漂,浆料可以达到与CEH相近的白度,并且在提高强度的基础上可以降低用水量和漂白废水的CODCr量。Bleaching of NaOH-AQ wheat straw pulp with chlorine dioxide was studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimal bleaching conditions of chlorine dioxide stage(D) were as follows: initial pH value 4.0, temperature 70℃, reaction time 150min, chlorine dioxide dosage less than 1.0%. Meanwhile,the bleaching sequences containing chlorine dioxide such as HD,H1D/H2,H1DH2 and H1H2D were investigated. By using H1D/H2 bleaching sequence the final brightness of the wheat straw pulp was closed to that bleached with the traditional CEH sequence. Compared with the CEH bleaching process, the bleaching effluent and the content of CODCr were obviously decreased and the strength properties of the bleached pulp were improved.
