国产姜黄属药用植物根茎的组织形态学观察

摘　　要：目的 :为姜黄属药材鉴定与植物分类提供参考。方法 :利用显微镜 ,观察根茎组织形态结构及其特点。结果与结论 :姜黄属各分类群根茎之间组织构造和特征基本一致 ,油细胞和叶迹维管束分布情况等可作为姜黄属植物根茎显微鉴别的主要依据。Objective: To provide some new evidences for the identification of medicinal materials of Curcuma. Method: Microscopic observation was made to characterize the rhizomes of Curcuma. Result and conclusion: There were no obvious histological and morphological differences among the rhizomes of Curcuma. The distribution of oil cells and vascular bundles as well as the number and diameter of xylem vessels were considered to be the distinguishing features of their rhizomes.
