摘　　要：介绍了开发50 D / 72 f涤纶细旦低弹丝的生产方法和经验,讨论了生产工艺,并对影响产品质量的因素进行了分析。实践证明,在针对100 D / 36 f常规POY丝设计的装置上,选择适宜的工艺参数,完全可以纺50 D / 72 f细旦低弹丝。The article introduces the method and practical experience ofproducing 50 D/72 f fine-denier low-stretch polyester yarn bydiscussing production process and analyzing the factors thatinfluence the product quality. The practice proves, by selectingsuitable parameters, it is possible to spin 50 D/72 f fine-denierlow-stretch polyester yarn on the equipment designed forspinning conventional 100 D/36 f POY.
