摘　　要：文章以13.12 tex×2高强涤纶包芯缝纫线为例,介绍了纺纱各道工序的工艺原则及其主要工艺参数。并指出,外包纤维的包覆量对纱线质量有很大影响,芯丝的选择也十分重要。Polyester covered sewing thread is a new high-grade productthat recently has become popular in Europe and America andhas great market potential. By taking the 13.12 tex×2 high-tenacity polyester covered sewing thread as an example, thearticle introduces the principle of each operation in the spinningprocess and main technical parameters. It points out that thewrapping quantity of the covering fiber to the core fiber hasgreat influence on the yarn quality and selecting the suitablecore yarn is also very important.
