唾液睾酮在体育科研中的应用价值及测定

摘　　要：唾液睾酮反映了血循环中的具有生物活性的游离睾酮水平,其取样方便,对受试者无损伤,且与血睾酮的变化平行,可反映血睾酮的即时变化,因而在体育科研中有着广泛的应用前景。在参阅了有关唾液睾酮研究方面的文献的基础上,提出了这一指标在体育科研中的应用价值;阐述了影响唾液睾酮含量的一些因素;同时结合我们近些年的有关工作,介绍了唾液睾酮的氚标记放免测定方法及体会。Reflecting the level of free testosterone with bioactivity in the blood circulation,beingnon-invasive and easy to obtain,keeping parallel change with blood testosterone,and representing the in-stant change of blood testosterone,salivary tesosterone has a broad prospects for utilization in sport sci-entific researches.Based on relevant literature,the authors pointed out the applied value of salivarytestosterone in sport scientific researches.Factors affecting the content of salivary testosterone were dis-cussed.The method of radioimmune measuring with tritium mark and the experience of using this methodwere described.
