摘 要:目的 利用充分稀释车间有害气体清除模型 (WMB PurgingEquation)定量评价某鞋厂的通风效果。方法 班后立即测定 3个工作点的挥发性有机化合物 (VOC)浓度 ,同时记录测定时间 ,利用WMB PurgingEquation的等式Ct=C0 ×exp { (-Q/V)×t} ,以及MicrosoftExcel电子表格“工具”中的“规划求解” ,就得到了相对应的该车间的通风效果。结果 3个作业点通风量Q值分别是 1345 4 ,870 8,890 2m3 /min ,而整个车间平均通风量为 10 35 4 7m3 /min。结论 整个车间平均通风量为10 35 4 7m3 /min ,与整个车间的容积相比 ,平均每分钟换气 0 13次 ,即每小时换气 7 8次 ,因此 ,该车间的通风情况并不理想。这可能是因为该车间只以自然通风为主 ,缺少局部排、送风装置 ,不能有效排除车间的VOC。Objective To evaluate ventilation rate of a shoe factory by WMB-purging equation.Methods VOC concentrations for three selected locations were measured immediately after the end of the shift.At the same time,time for different measurements was recorded.WMB-purging equation and'solver'in the'tools'of Microsoft Excel were used to calculate ventilation rate.Results Ventilation rates for three locations were 1 345.4 ,870.8 and 890.2 m 3/min respectively,and the average ventilation rate for the whole workshop was 1 035.47 m 3/min .Conclusions Taking the whole volume of the workshop into account,the average ventilation time was 0.13/min i.e.7.8 times/h.So it was not rational or effective for the ventilation rate in this workshop.Natural draft ventilation and lack of local exhausting system may be the reason for not being able to exhaust VOC effectively.
