急性心肌缺血对大鼠心肌α_1AR的影响及其意义

摘　　要：本文用~3H-哌唑嗪放射配基法测定了Wistar大鼠急性心肌缺血后α_1AR受体数目和亲和力的变化。观察到大鼠心肌缺血60分钟。α_1AR受体数目较正常组增高348％(P<0.001),较手术对照组增高194％(P<0.01),亲和力无明显变化。The changes in number and affinities of α_1-adrenergic receptor (α_1AR) during acute myocardialischemia were determined by radioligand binding techniques (~3H-prazosin) in Wistar rat hearts. Theresults indicated that α_1 AR number of the rats after 60 min ischemia was significantly greater (348％)than that of the normal control group (p<0.001), slightly higher (194％) than that of the surgicalcontrol group (p<0.01), and showed no changes in the affinities.
