摘  要:在整体大鼠和离体大鼠回肠血管灌流模型上,观察小剂量大肠杆菌脂多糖(5mg/kg)静脉注射后,引起的病理生理变化和预防性口服氨苄青霉素进行选择性肠道消毒对内毒素引起的病理生理变化和死亡率的影响。发现,脂多糖能促进肠道内毒素的转运,同时伴有肠、肝组织损伤、低血糖和血浆内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽含量增高的变化,表明循环内毒素与肠道内毒素吸收之间有正反馈关系。预防性口服氨苄青霉素进行选择性肠道消毒,对内毒素引起的病理生理变化无明显改善,亦不能降低死亡率。The pathophysiological changes induced by intravenous injection of a single dose of LPS from E.Coll (5mg/kg) and the effects of oral ampicillin prophylaxis for selective bowel decontamination onthe changes induced by endotoxin in the rat in vivo and in isolated, vascularly perfused ileal prepara-tion were observed. It was found that LPS significantly promoted the transport of gut-derived endoto-xin, and induced intestinal and hepatic tissue injury, hypoglycemia and elevated plasma endothelin andcalcitonin gene-ralated peptide level. These results suggested that there exists a positive feedback rela-tionship between circulating and gut-derived endotoxin. Oral ampicillin prophylaxis for selective boweldecontamination did not significantly improve the pathophysiological changes induced by endotoxin, norexerted any effect on the mortality.
