摘 要:观察了鸡巯基蛋白酶抑制肽Ⅱ型(CPI_C-Ⅱ)对培养乳鼠心肌细胞生长的影响,结果显示:80μg/mlCPI_C-Ⅱ在接种后8小时内能使细胞贴壁增加67%。100mg/mlCPI_C-Ⅱ与心肌细胞一起温育24小时后能促进DNA合成增加76%。在促进DNA合成方面还与其他生长因子有协同作用,100μg/mlCPI_c-Ⅱ可使胰岛素的作用提高到135.4%~140.5%,可使0.01ng/ml表皮生长因子EGF促进DNA合成的作用增高123.2%。The effects of chicken cystatin form Ⅱ (CPIc-Ⅱ) on attachment and proliferation of Cardiomyo-cytes were investigated. The results showed that, the effects were dose resp(nsed with CPIc-Ⅱ conce-ntration. 80μg/ml of CPIc-Ⅱ increased attachment of cardiomyocytes to 167% within 8 hours afterinoculating. 100ug/ml of CPIc-Ⅱ increased to 176% of DNA synthesis after incubating 24 hours. Itworked in cooperation with insulin and EGF, 100μg/ml of CPIc-Ⅱ would enhance the effect of 0.1-100ug/ml insulin in increasing DNA synthesis from 32%~120% to 165%~293%. It also enhancedeffect of EGF at low concentration.
