摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见病。作者将1989年7月～1990年12月收治的60例资料完整的病例进行分析;对辅助检查在诊断中的意义作出评价;初步提出对本病分型的意见并介绍手术治疗方法。Interverbral disc prolapse is a common disease of osteonosus. The author analysed sixty cases of disc prolapse having full data including case history, laboratory examinations, X-ray, CT and myelography treated since October, 1989-March 1991. The value of the accessory examinations in the diagnosis are discussed and a systemic typing for the disease and the method of operation are suggested.
