摘　　要：通过对破产企业房地产的特殊性的分析,采取清算价格标准对破产企业房地产在估价时点的客观、合理价格进行估算和判定,为破产企业实行破产清算提供房地产价值参考。The standard of liquidation price is used to estimate and determine the objective and reasonable price of the real estate of bankrupt corporation, which is on the basis of analyses of the particularity of the real estate of bankrupt corporation . This paper provides the real estate value reference for the bankrupt corporation to carry out bankrupt liquidation.
