道面水泥混凝土高性能化和放大道面板尺寸问题初探

摘　　要：　综合耐久性和接缝是水泥混凝土道面的两大突出问题,道面水泥混凝土高性能化和放大道面板尺寸是解决问题的有效途径。文章分析了道面水泥混凝土使用性能要求和退化原因,据此提出了高性能道面水泥混凝土的性能内涵。文章指出,放大水泥混凝土道面板尺寸涉及大尺寸水泥混凝土道面板的结构学、材料学和施工技术三个方面;从材料角度,影响道面板尺寸的具体因素包括:温度伸缩应力、温度翘曲应力、干缩应力和荷载应力等。文章对道面混凝土高性能化和放大道面板尺寸的技术途径及路线进行了初步分析。Synthesis durability and juncture are the outstanding problems of the cement concrete pavement.The effective solution to those problems is pursuing high performance and magnifying the pavement slab.The demand for use properties and degenerate reason are analyzed.According to these reasons the material performance connotation of high performance pavement concrete was put forward.It is pointed out that magnifying the pavement slab involved in structure science,material science and construction technology.From the view of material,the factors affecting the dimension of pavement slab are temperature flex stress,temperature-curling stress and drying-shrinkage stress.
