人胰腺组织Toll样受体4表达的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究人胰腺组织Toll样受体 4 (TLR4 )的表达分布。方法 :采用免疫组化方法观察 2 0例正常人胰腺组织冰冻切片TLR4的表达分布情况。结果 :正常人胰腺主胰管上皮、血管内皮、胰岛和胰腺腺泡细胞可见TLR4的表达 ,其中胰管上皮和血管内皮表达尤为明显。结论 :正常人胰腺胰管上皮及血管上皮存在TLR4的表达分布 ,此结果提示TLR4可能参与胰腺感染时识别和清除入侵病原体的免疫防御反应。Objective:To study the expression of Toll like receptor 4(TLR4) in human pancreas. Methods:The expression of TLR4 was determined by Immunohistochemistry in 20 human pancreases. Results:The expression of TLR4 was detected in epitheliumof pancreatic duct, vascular endothelium, islet and acinar cells. Conclusion:The expression of TLR4 in epitheliumof pancreatic duct and vascular endothelium suggests that TLR4 may participate in recognizing and eliminating invading bacterium during pancreatic infection.
