夹层酶标法测定糖尿病病人血清Ⅳ型胶原含量的临床意义

摘　　要：采用一步夹心固相酶免疫法测定正常人43例与糖尿病病人26例血清Ⅳ型胶原(CL-IV)的含量。结果表明,糖尿病病人血清中CL-IV含量显著高于正常对照组。尿蛋白阳性的糖尿病病人血清CL-IV含量显著高于尿蛋白阴性组。另外,血清CL-IV含量不受血压的影响。本文研究提示出血清CL-IV含量可作为监测糖尿病肾病(ON)的指标。Sandwich enzyme immunoassay was employed to measure serum type Ⅳ collagen (CL-Ⅳ) in 43 healthy subjects and 26 diabetics. The result indicated that the serum CL-Ⅳ levels were elevated in the diabetics VS in the controls. Patients with proteinuria were significantly higher in serum CL-Ⅳ than those of nonproteinuria, and the serum levels of CL-Ⅳ than those of non-proteinuria, and the serum levels of CL-Ⅳ were not affected by blood pressure. THERefore, the content of serum CL-Ⅳ may be regarded as a useful indicator for monitoring the development of diabetic nephropathy.
