摘　　要：介绍了某铁路干线旁一建筑物产生不均匀沉降的工程实例。详细介绍了沉降产生的原因、加固处理方案及加固监测结果。经过加固处理后 ,建筑物使用良好 ,达到了预期目的。An engineering example of a building′s uneven settlement was introduced.The causes of uneven settlement,consolidation and treatment scheme and monitoring results were recommended in detail.After consolidation, the building was safe in use and the anticipative aims were achieved.
