摘 要:以Czochralski技术首次系统生长Mg:Nd:LiNbO3晶体。测试晶体的荧光光谱,(1.0%,3.0%,5.0%,6.5%,8%)(摩尔分数,下同)Mg:Nd:LiNbO3晶体在0.888μm,1.088μm和2.171μm有最强的谱线。测试晶体抗光损伤能力,x(MgO)浓度高于5%的Mg:Nd:LiNbO3晶体抗光损伤能力比Nd:LiNbO3晶体提高2个数量级以上。Mg:Nd:LiNbO3晶体相位匹配温度随掺进MgO的浓度而改变,x(MgO)=5%时达到最大值,MgO浓度继续增加相位匹配温度下降。Mg(8%):Nd:LiNbO3晶体相位匹配温度接近室温。Mg(6.5%):Nd:LiNbO3中Mg2+的分凝系数接近于1,它有最高的倍频转换效率η=32.3%。Mg:Nd(0.4%):LiNbO_3 crystals with different magnesium concentrations (1.0%, 3.0%, 5.0%, 6.5% and 8%) have been grown by the Czochralski method for the first time. The strongest fluorescence spectral lines of Mg:Nd:LiNbO_3 crystals were at 0.888 μm, 1.088 μm and 2.171 μm. The photo-damage resistance ability of these crystals were measured, and that of Mg(>5%):Nd:LiNbO_3 was over two orders of magnitude higher than that of Nd:LiNbO_3. The phase matching temperature of Mg:Nd:LiNbO_3 crystals depend on the doped concentration of Mg^(2+). The phase matching temperature reaches maximum when the concentration of Mg^(2+) was 5%. The concentration of Mg^(2+) continue increases, the phase matching temperature descended and it was closed to room temperature when the concentration of Mg^(2+) was 8%. The segregate coefficient of Mg^(2+) was closed to 1 in Mg(6.5%):Nd(0.4%):LiNbO_3 crystals and the frequency converting efficiency of this crystal was maximum(η=32.3%).
