摘　　要：目的　研究寿尔智胶囊对海马神经元细胞内游离钙水平的影响 ,从而探讨中药防治阿尔茨海默病 (Alzheimer’sdementia ,AD)的机制。方法　运用血清药理学方法 ,以Fura -2为荧光探剂 ,观察寿尔智胶囊含药血清对体外培养新生Wistar鼠海马神经元细胞内游离钙的影响。结果　寿尔智胶囊含药血清可以降低培养的海马神经元细胞内游离钙含量 ,从而调节海马神经元细胞凋亡 ,对海马神经元起保护作用而达到防治阿尔茨海默病的目的。结论　寿尔智胶囊有助于老年痴呆的防治 。Objective Though study the effects of Shouerzhi capsule upon dissociated Ca 2+ in hippocampus neuron cell, to explore preventive and therapeutic mechanism of TCM in treatment of Alzheimer's dementia(AD) .Methods By way of seropharmacology and Fura-2, to observe the influence of the serum with Shouerzhi capsule upon dissociated Ca 2+ in hippocampus neuron cultured in vitro of new-born Wistar rats.Results Shouerzhi capsule decrease dissociated Ca 2+ quantity in the hippocampus neurons cells.Consequently it influences the apoptosis of hippocampus neurons and protects the brain to prevent and treat Alzheimer's dementia.Conclusion Shouerzhi capsule is helpful for the prevention of senile dementia and delay the process of senility.
