邓老冠心方对单纯性肥胖病人冠心病介入术后减肥作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨邓老冠心方对单纯性肥胖病人冠心病介入术后的减肥作用。方法　将行PCI的 45例单纯性肥胖的冠心病病人 ,随机分成中西医结合组 (2 4例 )和西医常规治疗组 (2 1例 ) ,分析两组病人的一般临床特性、手术参数 ,测定治疗前后肥胖各项指标和血脂水平变化。结果　两组治疗前的基线水平一致 ,两组治疗前的相关参数均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。中西医结合治疗组在治疗 3个月直到 6个月后 ,无论肥胖度、体重指数、脂肪百分率还是腰围、腹围较治疗前均有下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,与常规西药组比较 ,治疗 3个月后 ,病人肥胖度、体重指数改善显著 ,尤其是腰围 (P <0 .0 1) ,并且 6个月后 ,体脂百分率亦优于常规西药组 (P <0 .0 5 )。中西医结合组 3个月体重减轻 (3 .5 8± 1.67)kg ,其总有效率为 66.67% ,明显优于常规西药组 3 3 .3 3 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并对肥胖临床症状有明显改善。与治疗前比较 ,中西医结合治疗组总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL -C)和三酰甘油 (TG)均有显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To investigate the weight losing effects of Deng's Guangxinfang Tablet in obese patients after PCI.Methods 45 obese patients after PCI were divided into two groups: the conventional western medicine group (CWM, n=21) and the Deng's Guangxinfang Tablet group (DGT,n=24). The baseline clinical, angiographic, and procedural characteristics of two groups were evaluated. Also, the obesity indexes and the lipid levels were measured.Results The general conditions of these groups reveled the same baseline. The degree of obesity, body mass index (BMI), body fat percent, waist and hip circumference (WC and HC) were reduced after treatment with Deng's Guangxinfang Tablet for 3 to 6 months (P<0.01). 3 months later, the degree of obesity, BMI (P<0.05) and WC (P<0.01) were lower than the CMW group. The weight loss[(3.58±1.67)kg] and the general efficiency (66.67%) in DGT group after 3 monthsa follow-up were proved to be better than the CMW group [(2.64±1.15)kg,33.33% respectively](P<0.05). Also, Deng's Guangxinfang Tablet could improve obesity symptoms of patients. The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) (P<0.01) and triglycerol (TG) (P<0.05) were lower after treatment with Deng's Guangxinfang Tablet.Conclusion Deng's Guangxinfang Tablet reveled effects of weight management and lipid modulation to control the cardiovascular risk factors in obese patients after PCI.
