摘　　要：程控交换机中的用户电路板(SLC 板)是数/模混合型电路板,用传统的测试方法很难对其进行测试和诊断.本文提出一种基于单元的功能测试法,给出了电路板单元的划分以及模拟单元最佳故障诊断树的生成方法.The Subscriber Line Circuit(SLC)board in SPC switching system is a hybrid-circuit board that contains digital and analog circuits.It is very difficult in testing and diagnosing faults by traditional methods.A functional test method based on units is proposed.In the paper,the test and diagnosis strategy,method of partition the board into units and algorithm of generating optimum diagnosis tree for the analog circuit part are also given.
