摘  要:为进一步研究大型覆盖件冲压成形质量分析的技术,采用混合网格法进行变形区域塑性主应变分布测量。分析了其原理、特点以及根据节点位移计算塑性主应变的相关理论和方法。针对一覆盖件成形缺陷的实例,采用该方法进行了试验,并将所得应变值与预先确定的极限成形曲线和相应的安全成形曲线相比较。结果表明,将网格试验法和成形极限图结合起来使用,是进行大型覆盖件冲压成形分析和改进质量缺陷的有效方法。A hybrid grid method was used to determine the principal plastic strain distribution in a deformed area of a sheet metal piece. The method can analyze quality defects in automobile stamped panel parts. The paper describes the theoretical principles, the grid patterns and their characteristics, and the calculation of the principal strains based on the grid node displacements. The method was used to study an automobile stamped panel part with quality defects as an example with the strain distribution compared to the predetermined limit stamping curve and the safe stamping curve. The results show that the experimental grid method combined with the forming limit diagram (FLD) is an effective way to solve panel stamping problems and quality issues.
