摘 要:为能将隧道薄膜与光存储分层媒质看成一个整体膜系分析固体浸没透镜的透过率,将Abeles的光波在介质分层媒质中的传播理论和分析方法扩展到了隧道薄膜。给出隧道薄膜的特性矩阵和透过率函数,分析出按隧道薄膜厚度指数增加的解的系数是该解倒数的平方,由此证明隧道薄膜中两个衰减方向相反的倏逝波都是电磁场方程的合理解。据此计算分析了两类用于近场光学存储的固体浸没透镜的透过率。结果说明,超半球齐明固体浸没透镜的透过率一般优于半球同心固体浸没透镜的透过率。Previous studies of wave propagation in stratified media by Abeles were extended to wave propagation in a tunnel thin film which can generate frustrated total reflections. The characteristic matrix and the transmissivity function of a tunnel thin film were given. The coefficient of one solution of Maxwell's equation in a tunnel thin film, which is exponentially related to its thickness, is the square of the reciprocal of the solution. Thus the analysis proves that two evanescent waves in the gap, with the same phase propagation direction, but opposite direction attenuation, are reasonable solutions of Maxwell's equation. The results are then used to compare the transmissivities of two solid immersion lens for near-field optical storage. The transmissivity of a super hemisphere aplanatic solid immersion lens is better than that of a hemisphere solid immersion lens.
