摘  要:目的 探讨微量元素对亚急性镉中毒肾损伤的保护作用。方法 用氯化镉制备大鼠亚急性镉中毒模型 ,使其发生明显的肾损伤。经锌、钼预处理后再给予同剂量氯化镉 ,比较镉组、锌镉组、钼镉组及对照组各项肾功能指标。结果 锌镉组尿量无明显变化 ,尿镉排泄量明显减少 ,而肾镉蓄积量明显增加。钼镉组尿量和尿镉明显增高 ,而肾镉蓄积量减少 ;肾功能两组均有不同程度改善。结论 锌、钼对亚急性镉中毒肾损伤均有保护作用 ,其效果钼比锌好 。Objective To study the protective effect of trace elements on subacute toxic renal damage induced by cadmium.Methods Subacute cadmium poisoning model was prepared with cadmium chloride in rats to induce obvious renal damage.After pretreated with zinc and molybdenum,the rats were given the same dose of cadmium chloride.The renal function was determined in cadmium group,zinc and cadmium group,and molybdenum and cadmium group.Results The urine vulume didn′t change significantly,but cadmium excreted by urine decreased,cadmium level in kidnry increased markedly in zinc and cadmium group.By contrast,in molybdenum and cadmium group,the urine vulume and urine cadmium increased markedly,cadmium level in kidnry decreased significantly.Ronal function in two groups was ameliorated to a different extent.Conclusions Zinc and molybdenum might have protective effect on subacute toxic renal damage induced by cadmium.This provides a new way in prophylaxis and treatment of cadmium poisoning.
