摘  要:目的:研究甘肃醉鱼草地上部分的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、聚酰胺层析,通过波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:分离并鉴定了4个化合物:香草醛(vanillin,Ⅰ)、香草酸(vanillic acid,Ⅱ)、洋丁香酚苷(acte-oside,Ⅲ)、异洋丁香酚苷(acteoside isomer,Ⅳ)。Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Buddleja purdomii W. W. Smith. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and structurally identified by spectral analysis. Results: 4 compounds were identified as vanillin(Ⅰ), vanillic acid(Ⅱ) , acteoside(Ⅲ), acteoside isomer(Ⅳ). Conclusion: All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
