乳管内注水结合高频彩超对乳头溢液的诊治价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨乳管内注水结合高频彩超检查对乳头溢液病人的诊治价值。方法　对 41例乳头溢液病人在病变乳管内注水前后进行高频彩超检查 ,观察乳管有无扩张、乳管内有无肿块及其特征。　结果　 41例病人中 3 0例接受了手术 ,乳腺癌 5例 ,包括导管原位癌 2例 ,乳管内乳头状瘤 10例 ,乳管内乳头状瘤病 6例 ,乳管扩张症 6例 ,乳腺增长症 3例 ,该方法对上述疾病的诊断率分别为 60 %( 3 /5 )、80 %( 8/10 )、0 ( 0 /6)、10 0 %( 6/6)、66 7%( 2 /3 )。结论　行乳管内注水结合高频彩超检查 ,是一项安全、有效、无创的检查手段 ,同时为乳癌早发现。Objective To explore the value of water injected into mammary duct combined with high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of nipple discharge. Methods 41 cases with nipple discharge were examined by both before and after water was injected into the mammary duct. The extended mammary ducts and the existed tumors could be showed by this way. Results 30 cases were undergone operation of all patients. The diagnostic rate were respecting 60%(3/5) for breast cancer, 80%(8/10) for intraductal papilloma, 100%(6/6) for mammary duct ectasia, 0(0/6) for intraductal papillomatosis,66 7%(2/3) for cystic disease of breast.Conclusion It is a safe, effective untraumatic diagnosis procedure for water injected into mammary duct combined with high frequency ultrasound. It is a new way to find early breast cancer at the same time.
