摘　　要：目的　初步评价乙型肝炎疫苗接种后抗体保护率。方法　随机抽取 779例全程接种过乙型肝炎疫苗的婴儿 ,监测其乙肝病毒表面抗体 (抗 -HBS)水平变化。结果　 779例中抗 -HBS阳性 696例 ,即抗体保护率 89.3 5 %。结论　目前推广的乙型肝炎疫苗接种的免疫策略是行之有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the protect the protect rate of antibody after inoculability the second type hepatitis bacterin.Methods Random selected 779 cases, and watch the level change ofthis antibody(resist-HBS).Results In 779 cases, and the masculine feedback cases is 696,that protect rate of antibody is 89.35%.Conclusion The inoculability bacterin tactic that popularized presently is effective.
