海马旁回与脉络丛前动脉的显微解剖及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:为颞叶手术避免损伤脉络丛前动脉提供解剖学依据。方法:对14具经动脉灌注红色乳胶的成人头部标本显微解剖,观察脉络丛前动脉与海马旁回钩及其前沟的关系。结果:海马旁回钩前沟至脉络丛前动脉和海马旁回钩的交点的距离左侧为(11.61±2.02)mm,右侧为(11.54±1.67)mm。结论:颞叶钩回及杏仁体、海马切除时,以海马旁回钩前沟为标志,在其后的上述距离,注意勿伤及脉络丛前动脉主干。Objective: To analyze the microsurgical anatomic character istics of the anterior choroidal artery and parahippocampal gyrus. Methods: 14 f ormalin-fixed human adult cadaveric heads (28 sides) were examined after the cra nial arteries were injected with red emulsion. The brains were taken out from cr anial cavity and observed the microsurgical anatomy of the anterior choroidal ar tery and parahippocampal gyrus,especially the relationship between the uncus of parahippocampal gyrus and anterior canal of parahippocampal gyrus under operatin g microscope. Results: The distance between anterior canal of parahippocampal g yrus and the intersection point of the anterior choroidal artery and uncus of pa rahippocampal gyrus was 11.61±2.02 mm on the left,11.54±1.67 mm on the right. Conclusions: The anterior choroidal artery locates behind anterior canal of par ahippocampal gyrus, which should be gotten out of the way during the resection o f temporal lobe, amygdaloid body and hippocampus.
